X-Factor 2009: Summary

X-factor 2009 has come to an end and the winner was Joe McElderry. He beat Olly Murs to lift the crown and secure the life changing record blah blah blah. The main question on my mind is. . .was this years X-factor better than last years?? The answer is HELL NO. The audition process was much better however the talent itself did not meet the expectations and requirements. Did Joe deserve to win? YES. Best singer by far but no where near as good as Alexandra Burke and Leona Lewis who both managed to steal the show (Below)

Alexandra Burke finally released the 2nd video from her debut album entitled 'Broken Heels'. The song itself is very pop-ish once again and is produced by Red One but the video goes innn.
Just moments ago she performed with one time rivals JLS on the X-factor Final (Below).

The performance itself was very good. JLS went innn with the cheoreography and Alexandra delivered proving that she is the most all round performer X-factor has ever seen. The real Swag Splash star of the night however was Leona Lewis. Her rendition of Oasis' smash hit 'Crying Your Heart Out' gave me goosebumps. I can conclude that this years X-factor was not bad but it failed in the sense that it needs to get better every year and Simon Cowell failed to accomplish that this year. The guest performers out-shone the contestants and raised the excitement bar too high for Olly and Joe to reach.

Interview With The Cast Of Misfits

When I first heard about Misfits I thought boringgg, sounds silly and will probably be a rip off of Skins. So I will be the first to raise my hand and say I got it completely twisted and WRONG! Misfits is brilliant. The sypnosis sounds cheesy however the writing is very good and the young actors they have employed are far better than those in Skins (excluding Lily Loveless ofcourse).

This interview lets the cast explain their characters and the overall sypnosis of the series.
